1. How do they attach to the vehicle?

The moldings have automotive 3M tape on the backside. If installed correctly, according to the instructions, they will form a very strong bond to the vehicle.

2. Are these painted as they are ordered?

No. These items are factory painted and are stocked from Honda's inventory.
