Q: What
is the status of my order?
A: Most orders leave our store within 2 business days after
placing your purchase (excluding Holidays) unless an item is out-of-stock,
on special order, or is on backorder. You will be notified of any
out-of-stock items and given an estimated availability date. Due to
the large amount of orders we do receive, as a courtesy please allow 3
business days before checking on the status of your order.

Q: It
has already been 3 business days. Where is my tracking number?
A: Unless you were notified of an out-of-stock item
your package is most likely in transit. Our carriers pick up packages every week day
between 4-6pm EST. Package information is then
transmitted by the carrier to you via email. Reasons for not
receiving your tracking number could be an invalid or mistyped email address,
but the most common reason is due to spam email configurations. Hotmail, MSN, AOL, Earthlink
and other online services often times automatically filter your tracking
email as a spam message. Please check spam or junk folders, and/or adjust
your settings to allow emails from quantumviewnotify@ups.com to be delivered normally.
Q: How is my order
being shipped and how soon will I get it?
A: Orders are shipped via UPS except in rare
occasions.
Transit times are usually between 1-7 business days depending on the
distance from our store in Wooster, Ohio. You will receive a tracking number
from the carrier for your packages once they are on the way.

I
received my order but it is damaged or I'm missing parts!
A: If your order is received damaged please notify us
by phone within 48 hours. Be sure to inspect your package when you
receive it. Report any visible damage to the carrier or decline
delivery if substantial damage is done to the package or its contents.
Before trying to install your item make sure all installation hardware is
present and there is no damage to any parts before you begin. The printable instructions on our web site
give a full list of hardware that is required for installation. If
parts are missing, please email or call us toll free at 1-888-244-6632.
Q: I
received my order but there are no instructions!
A: Instructions are available directly on our web
site. If you do not see installation instructions listed for your particular
item, please contact us and we will send them to
you via email.
Q: Can I return an item?
A: Returns are accepted 30 days from the invoice
