Terms & Conditions of Sale
All sales are subject to College Hills Honda's Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Once submitted cancelled orders are assessed a 20% restocking fee.
All change order requests must be done by calling 1-888-244-6632 Monday-Friday
during the hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm EST. Due to the limitations of email,
email requests for changes to your order will not be guaranteed.
Please make sure you are able to receive emails from UPS and CollegeHillshonda.com.
College Hills Honda is not responsible for emails that are removed by
spam filters.
College Hills Honda reserves the right to refuse any order.
Although we make every attempt to keep all
pricing up to date, there are occasions where Honda implements price
increases that we are not made aware of immediately. If a large price
discrepancy is found on your order we will contact you with the option to
accept or decline the price difference.
All parts come with the original manufacturer warranty.
Exchanges are not
accessed a restocking fee. Returned items are accessed a 20%
restocking fee unless an error was made on our part.
Customer pays shipping on returns.
College Hills Honda is not responsible for damage done to parts or
vehicles either during or after installation.
Electrical items cannot be
returned.
Original shipping cost is a service already paid to the carriers for their services,
therefore it cannot be refunded.
Orders are typically processed and shipped in 1-2 business days. Once
shipped, transit time is typically 1-7 days depending on your distance. There are times where our Ohio warehouse is out of stock. If this is the case a 3-5 day shipping delay is possible.
Parts that indicate "shipping included" are for
the Contiguous United States ONLY. Additional shipping is required for
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada. If you have interest in any of these parts please contact us by phone.
Canadian Orders
All orders to Canada must be placed by phone at 1-888-244-6632.
If you are from Canada please be aware that U.S. models and Canadian models
may differ. Being that we do not have access to a Canadian parts catalog,
College Hills Honda is not responsible for parts ordered that do not apply
or fit your vehicle.
Shipping charges to Canada include import and brokerage fees. Duty fees are collected by the carrier at delivery.
