Policies & Guidelines
Item Returns
All
return requests must be made within 30 days
of the invoice date of your purchase. Call us toll free at
1-888-244-6632 with your invoice
number ready to obtain your return authorization number.
Returns require a RETURN
AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. This return number helps us identify
your package and the reason for the return when it arrives back to our
store. DO NOT submit a return without one as your package
will be refused and returned to you. To obtain a return number simply contact us
at 1-888-244-6632 during our normal business hours.
Any
and all electrical parts are NOT returnable for any reason.
Used,
previously installed, special tools or parts not in completely new condition are not returnable.
Restocking fees
A
credit will be given for the purchase price of your item(s) less a
20% restocking fee. This also
applies to cancelled orders. If you need to
make an exchange the restocking fee will be waived. Shipping charges
are not refundable.
If we
make an error in your shipment or if the item arrives damaged or
mispackaged from the manufacturer
restocking fees will not apply.
Prepare your return
Returned items are to be shipped at your expense unless a shipping
error was done on our part. Items are to be in new, unused condition
with visible part number stickers still on the boxes. All
hardware and packaging must be intact.
Please make sure that protective packing is in place and that all
items are secured in their boxes. It may be necessary to add packing
to a return shipment as packing that may have been sufficient to ship
your item once won’t hold up on a return shipment.
Please insure your returned items
for their full
value. We cannot refund for items damaged in transit to us. If any
items are damaged during transit you will need to obtain a refund from
the shipping carrier.
Complete and enclose a
return form with your packages
and print a return label.
If
your order has damage or is missing components, please notify us by
phone within 48 hours. Report any visible damage to the carrier and inspect the
package contents.
College Hills Honda is not responsible for damage done to parts or
vehicles due to improper installation and/or consumer error.
If you
are from Canada please be aware that U.S. models may differentiate
from Canadian trim levels. Being that we do not have access to a
Canadian parts catalog we are not responsible for parts ordered that
do not apply or fit your vehicle.
