It has been 3 business
days after I place my order. Why did I not receive my tracking number?
Items typically ship between 1-3 business days after
placing your purchase unless an item is out-of-stock,
on special order, is currently on backorder or if there is a Holiday. We
attempt to notify our customers of any
out-of-stock items however please make sure you can receive emails from
College Hills Honda so they don't end up in your spam folder. Due to
the large amount of orders we do receive, as a courtesy please allow 3
business days after your order is placed before checking on the status.
Unless you were notified of an out-of-stock item
your package is most likely in transit or is being prepared for shipment.
The most common reasons for not receiving your tracking number are invalid or
mistyped email address and spam email configurations. Many email providers
especially Hotmail, MSN, AOL, and Earthlink automatically filter out your
UPS tracking information as spam. Please check your spam or junk
folders, and/or adjust your settings to allow emails from
QuantumViewNotify@ups.com
to be delivered normally. This can be done simply by adding this address to
your approved contacts list.
